Completed in 2008, this is the first path on Matsu provided exclusively for cyclists and pedestrians.
Constructed with feedback funds from the Taiwan Power Company, the path is 800 meters long, stretching from Fuao Harbor to Qingshui. During the day, riders can see Fuao Harbor from far away Qingshui, while the bright lights of the path attract fish at night, making it a popular fishing spot among local people.
Following the completion of the Zhushan power plant, the Fuqing Bike Path has been extended from Qingshui to Zhuluo, offering an easy ride for cyclists.
