Any other opinions unrelated to the park headquarters, emotional criticism, malicious attack or abuse will not be handled. Thank you for your cooperation. When you have finished the process the system will send a message showing it is complete, meaning that the system has accepted your message. A specially appointed member of staff will respond to your message.
During normal working periods the message will be passed on to the relevant department by a specially appointed member of staff. You can chart the progress of your case using the number given when you sent the message.
