Built upon a hill, Qiuguishan Reservoir is an important source of water to the western part of the island. Near the reservoir, there are two pavilions. One leans against a mountain and the other overlooks the sea and the beautiful reservoir. The latter is called Qiugui Pavilion. Qiugui Pavilion is on the opposite side of Fuao Harbor across the sea. Thus, it provides an awe-inspiring view of the harbor. In the summer, the pavilion is ideal for taking a rest and being embraced by ocean winds.
