About the Shop
Originally a popular individual hotpot brand from Tianmu, Taipei, Fulaipu was opened in Matsu by a returning local. The shop features a variety of soup bases such as spicy mala, pickled cabbage, and bonito roasted-tea broth. Incorporating local Matsu ingredients like mussels and handmade noodles, it offers hearty single-pot meals that appeal to both residents and visitors.
