This establishment has been in operation for over 30 years, commencing its service since the period of Matsu's martial law era (戰地政務).
We specialize in authentic Fuzhou-style cuisine. Our most distinctive specialties are the handmade Fish Balls and Fish Noodles (Yú Miàn), meticulously prepared by our owner. These dishes possess a unique and appealingly sweet flavor characteristic of the Outer Islands.
