About the Shop
Xie-He Food Store (“Master Fa”) was founded in 1976 by Mr. Wang Dun-Fa in Tangqi Village, Beigan Township. For nearly 40 years the store has steadily preserved Matsu’s traditional snacks—such as Matsu Su, Hibiscus Pastry, Turnip Shreds Pastry, Golden Sweet Potato Dumplings and wedding ceremony pastries—earning deep local affection.
