Matsu Agricultural & Fishery Products Enterprise Co., located in Qiaozai Village, Beigan Township, was established in 2002 (Republic of China year 91) under the guidance of the Lienchiang County Government. It is the first store in Matsu designed in the style of Fuzhou-Eastern (Mindong) architecture—a must-visit for tour groups. Our Matsu yellow croaker is renowned; once you’ve tried it, you’ll come back again. In-store we offer freshly fried yellow croaker and ready-to-eat products for tasting, a service unique to us. We have been featured on TV stations such as GTV and Sanli. This year we partnered with EVA Airways and UNI Air to provide online purchase matching, so that friends on the main island can also enjoy our delicious yellow croaker. We work hard to offer the best products for everyone—even if you haven’t visited Matsu yet, you can still taste the finest. We were the earliest processed food team in Lienchiang County and one of the most successfully guided.
