About the Shop
Goldfish Sailor Workshop is based on local Matsu elements, hand-crafting native recipes such as Matsu fish dumplings, handmade fish balls, fish noodles, “run fan” rice snack, “bao-dang” rice snack, golden sweet potato dumplings, aged wine misua, “ding-bian hu” soup, red yeast fried rice, red yeast chicken chunks, red yeast eel, seaweed crisps, Matsu “kung mian” noodles, pork-pork soup, Matsu hamburger, aged wine fried egg, seasonal vegetables, mussels, shellfish clams and other seasonal seafood. It also incorporates local Fukien-Eastern dialect, proverbs, songs, poems and bird-insect script calligraphy, aiming to let visitors through food deeply understand Matsu culture.
