Located on the 2nd floor of Shizi Market in Jieshou Village, “Amei’s Shop – Dingbianhu” is a famous Matsu eatery specializing in dingbianhu. This dish, originating from Fuzhou, is made by pouring rice batter onto the edge of a hot broth pot to cook, then scraping it into the stock to become a bowl of delicious dingbianhu — a rare and authentic special cuisine.
