About the Shop
“Matsu burger” is made using the local specialty Jīguāng bǐng, which is deep-fried then paired with scallion-egg and a meat patty. The result is crispy yet not greasy, and strongly local in character—one of the must-eat snacks when visiting Matsu Village.
