Bus
Both Nangan and Beigan have a bus service (s) connecting the villages. The far is NT$15 per person.
Nangan has the coastal bus line (liquor distillery, Shengli Reservoir, Magang Tianhou Temple and other sights) and the mountain line (distillery, Tieban, Jinsha Park, Zhongshan Arch and Xushuiao Reservoir) operating from the Jieshou Bus Depot。
Beigan has a service from Tangqi to Baisha(stops at Wushaling, Shangcun, Chenggongpo, Banli Reservoir, Banli Village and Baisha.
Taxis
- The fare is charged according to the meter following the rates announced by Lienchiang county government on November 24, 2006. The charge for the 1.25kmis NT$100, then NT$5 is added for every 250 meters.
- Hiring a taxi costs NT$500 an hour or NT$2,000per half day. For more details about rates contact the taxi association on（886-836-22705）or the taxi companies.

Tour bus and car hire information
Buses can be hired on the four islands in the five townships. They have a full tank, include the driver and cost NT$700-1000 an hour. Cars and people carriers also come with a full tank and price depends on model and where or not the driver is included are NT$2,500-4,500 a day to hire.

Scooter hire Information
Scooter hire costs mainly NT$500-600 per day or 300 a half day (including a full tank). Some operators throw in a tourist map or provide transport to the airport or dock when the scooter is returned. For more information telephone ahead.
