After the case is confirmed, your opinions or suggestions will be immediately transferred to the responsible unit for processing. We will handle it as soon as possible and arrange a reply.

You can check the processing status at this website's mailbox with the case serial number. After the case is completed, the system will also send a notification letter to reply to your questions or suggested content.
