In order to facilitate public access to and use of website information, all information and materials publicly released on the website of the Matsu National Scenic Area Administration (Tourism Administration) and protected under copyright law may be reauthorized for public use free of charge on a non-exclusive basis.

Users are not restricted by time or geographic region and may reproduce, adapt, edit, publicly transmit, or otherwise use such information, as well as develop various products or services (hereinafter referred to as “derivative works”).

This authorization shall not be revoked, and users are not required to obtain written or other forms of permission from the Administration. However, users shall comply with the following provisions when using such materials.

 

The scope of authorization is limited to content protected under copyright law and does not include other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to patents, trademarks, or the Administration's logo.

Whether personal data has been voluntarily disclosed or is legally required to be disclosed, users must comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and relevant regulations when collecting, processing, or using such data.

For certain videos, photographs, musical scores, commissioned works, or other materials, prior approval must be obtained where explicitly indicated.

 

Users shall exercise due care not to infringe upon the moral rights of third parties under copyright law, including the right of attribution and the right to prevent unjustified modification.

 

Users shall not maliciously alter any authorized information or materials.If edited or modified content does not conform to the original, the user shall bear all civil and criminal liabilities arising therefrom.

 

Authorization granted by this website does not imply any recommendation, approval, or endorsement by the Administration regarding any derivative works.
