Matsu Liquor Factory uses sweet, cold spring water to make its famous wine, especially ta-chu liquor, kaoliang liquor, and aged liquor.
Jars of liquor line up by the factory walls - a magnificent scene. By the entrance, there is an exhibition room which shows the memorial wine produced throughout the years, out-of-stock medicinal wine, and more. Visitors are encouraged to watch short videos and displays of objects to learn about the history of Matsu’s distilleries. The factory is not to be missed, especially for those who love a glass of wine!
