Refurbished in 2002, the Folk Cultural Artifacts Exhibition Hall in Matsu has a strong “Mindong” style, decorated with old liquor jars, windows, and “beauty benches.” The hall shows a range of old everyday ware, and each floor has a different theme. From the place’s historical origins, geology, folk life, language and culture, and customs and architecture, the exhibition hall keeps detailed records of Matsu.
Other than exploring Matsu’s small islands, why not leave time for the exhibition hall for some informative bits.
